These Terms govern your use of the PLab Productions website and any services provided by PLab Productions.

By using our website or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.

Services

PLab Productions provides services including but not limited to:

• Brand Story Videos
• Social Media Content
• Testimonial Videos
• Promotional Videos
• Commercial Production
• Meta Ad Creatives
• Campaign Strategy
• CRM & Marketing Automation
• Content Planning
• Video Editing
• Consulting

Each project is governed by its own proposal or quotation.

Quotes

All quotations remain valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.

Pricing may change after this period.

Deposits

Projects may require a deposit before work commences.

Production dates are not secured until the required payment has been received.

Deposits are non-refundable once planning, scripting, pre-production or scheduling has commenced.

Payment Terms

Invoices must be paid by the due date stated on the invoice unless otherwise agreed in writing.

PLab Productions reserves the right to pause current work, withhold delivery of completed work, or postpone future production dates where invoices remain unpaid.

Late Payments

If an invoice remains unpaid after its due date, PLab Productions may:

• Suspend ongoing work or services.
• Withhold final deliverables until outstanding amounts have been paid in full.
• Charge reasonable recovery costs where permitted by law.
• Refer the outstanding debt to a debt collection agency or legal representative.

The client agrees to reimburse any reasonable costs incurred by PLab Productions in recovering overdue amounts, including debt collection fees, legal costs, court filing fees and other recovery expenses where permitted by Australian law.

Ownership Until Payment

Ownership of final deliverables transfers to the client only after all invoices relating to the project have been paid in full.

Until payment has been received, PLab Productions retains ownership of all intellectual property and may suspend access to deliverables where legally permitted.

Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

• Provide accurate information
• Attend scheduled meetings
• Supply required branding assets
• Review deliverables promptly
• Communicate requested revisions clearly

Project delays caused by missing information may affect timelines.

Client Delays

Where a project is delayed by the client for more than 60 days due to lack of communication, missing approvals or failure to provide required information, PLab Productions reserves the right to close the project. Any work required to recommence the project may be quoted separately.

Revisions

Each proposal includes the number of revision rounds specified within that proposal.

Additional revisions outside the agreed scope may incur additional fees.

Client Approval

If a client does not provide feedback within 14 days of receiving deliverables, the work may be deemed approved and the project considered complete.

Filming Reschedules

Requests to reschedule within 48 hours of a booked filming day may incur additional costs where crew, venue, equipment, contractor or supplier bookings cannot be recovered.

Cancellations

If a project is cancelled after work has commenced, completed work and time already invested will be invoiced.

Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, final delivered videos become the client's property for agreed usage.

PLab Productions retains ownership of:

• Raw footage
• Editing project files
• Templates
• Internal production systems
• Proprietary workflows

unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Raw Files, Backup & Archive

PLab Productions generally retains raw footage and project files for up to 3 months after final delivery.

Longer storage may be arranged where there is an ongoing working partnership or a separate written agreement.

Clients may request raw files if they need them for future use. Additional costs may apply for rendering, preparation, hard drives, cloud storage, postage, courier delivery or other transfer methods depending on file size and delivery requirements.

Long-term storage is not guaranteed unless agreed in writing.

Portfolio Rights

PLab Productions may display completed work within our website, portfolio, social media and marketing material unless confidentiality has been agreed before production.

Turnaround Times

Estimated delivery times are approximate.

Delivery may be affected by client response times, revision requests, force majeure events, supplier delays or other circumstances outside our control.

AI & Automation

Some services may include artificial intelligence, marketing automation, CRM workflows or automated systems.

While these tools can improve efficiency, outputs should be reviewed by the client before publication or business use.

Limitation of Liability

While we strive to deliver high-quality creative work, we cannot guarantee specific marketing outcomes including revenue, leads, sales, ROI, social media growth or advertising performance.

Business success depends on many factors outside our control.
